Hi there, I'm Daniel. I'm a graphic designer based in Sydney, Australia. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and organisational abilities. As an open-minded and professional individual, I approach tasks with integrity and a team-oriented mindset. I’m committed to meeting deadlines, continuously improving, and adapting my skills to new challenges.

My career began in 2015, balancing administrative work while pursuing my studies. Since then, I've taken on diverse roles across administration and design, each experience shaping my path and bringing me to where I am today — a creative professional with a unique blend of skills. Here's how it all came together:

In my very first job, I provided administrative support to staff and students of Petersham Campus every Saturday. Some of my responsibilities included; reception duties, monitoring student attendance, maintaining accurate records, generating reports and certificates, and processing staff payroll.

I eventually took on additional work for Nick Scali Furniture on weekdays, creating multiple showroom plans and evacuation plans that optimised product displays and ensured safety compliance. I also collaborated with HR to design induction materials.

After leaving Nick Scali, I began my design career with AMR Beauty Group. I collaborated with the design and marketing teams to produce print and digital designs for a retail environment. These designs included; catalogues, technical manuals, large format banners, brochures and signage, eDM campaigns, social media posts, motion graphics and web collateral.

I decided to take a break from design and return to providing administrative support at the SCL head office. Drawing on my knowledge of the college and my design skills, I was able to offer effective customer service and clerical support while creating flyers, presentations, websites, email templates, and social media posts.

I eventually moved into this new role that encompassed my experience in design and education. It involved creating engaging graphic and visual content for professional learning and digital resources that support teaching and learning in NSW government schools.
I then transitioned into my current role of Digital Multimedia Support Officer. Similarly, this role supports the development and production of digital and graphic designs and layouts across a range of multimedia projects for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
I was recently promoted to a more higher role within my team, where I now take on greater responsibility in developing high-quality, professional design solutions in collaboration with learning designers and senior designers.
Working in roles across different industries has given me the opportunity to use a range of applications, including the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, project management tools, and other design software.
Through developing a broad range of skills and gained proficiency in various applications, I can deliver creative solutions across multiple areas of design. Here are some of the services that I can provide for you:

Designing flyers, posters, brochures, catalogues, technical manuals, packaging and POS displays.

Creating email campaigns, social media posts, presentations, web collateral and interactive forms.

Designing textured 3D models and mockups that can be viewed from any angle and integrated into 2D designs.

Editing audio, videos and motion graphics, as well as generating transcripts and closed captions.

Designing UI/UX mockups of websites and landing pages for desktop and mobile devices.

Creating image banks and asset libraries, folder structures, file naming, adding metadata
